Sitting/Dining/Kitchen is light and bright with windows with panoramic views across the sands. The apartment has laminate flooring throughout for easy cleaning and the Kitchen Area is very well equipped providing an electric oven and hob with extractor hood, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and breakfast bar with two stools. There is also a table and two chairs for more formal dining. In the Sitting Area there is a very comfortable two seater leather sofa, coffee table and wall mounted 47" LCD TV free sky package and a DVD player.

Bedroom has a double bed, bed side cabinets, built-in wardrobe, small dressing table and chair and Velux rooflights with views across the beach. There is a comfortable Z Bed for an additional child or if separate beds are required for two adults.

Garden: Paved area at top of stairs with bench seat.
Parking: On adjacent car park - weekly permit issued on arrival (no charge).
Heating: Electric panel heaters.
Notes: Windbreaks, deckchairs, children's trampoline, swing boats available to hire from the cafe beach shop. The cafe is unlicensed and only open during daylight hours. Dogs only accepted from October through to end of April. May be booked in conjunction with RH1089 to sleep 6  with 10% discount - there is an interconnecting door.
