We are happy to guide you through the rest of the process. The provisional booking we make for you when you phone or e-mail will be held for 5 working days to allow time for us to receive your completed booking form. If you are booking from overseas and cannot be sure that the postal services will deliver your booking form within 5 days, please let us know and we will hold the booking a little longer.

Please remember to:
Include your telephone number, fax number and e-mail address if you have one.
Indicate any extras you require after checking the cottage description to see if these are available at your selected properties.
Check that you have entered the correct rental, particularly for Bank Holiday weeks and check that you have signed the form.
Send the booking Form
Send us the booking form with your payment for the deposit. If we are not arranging your Cancellation Insurance, please send a copy of your travel insurance covering this booking.
How to Pay
- Payment by cheque:
Please make cheques payable to Fairhaven Holiday Cottages and send with your booking form to Fairhaven Holiday Cottages, The Offices, Trewardale, Blisland, Bodmin, Cornwall, PL30 4HS.
- Payment by debit or credit card:
You can complete your credit/debit card details on the booking form or alternatively, phone us and give us your details over the phone. Please note there is a 2% surcharge on credit card payments.
We require the following information:

Security code (Last 3 digits of number printed on signature strip)

- Payment by Bank Transfer:
Contact us for bank transfer details if you wish to pay using this method. Please ensure you pay all transaction costs associated with bank transfer payments.
Booking Acknowledgement
When we receive your booking form and deposit, we send you a booking acknowledgement that will tell you the date by which your final payment is due. This will be eight weeks before the start of your holiday. When we have received the final payment from you we will send you the full details of how to get to your cottage, arrangements for obtaining the keys and any other special information. If your payment is not received by the due date we may have to cancel your booking.
Late Bookings
We can accept short notice bookings but those made within eight weeks of the start of the holiday must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Pets
Please ask about taking pets to our properties. Some owners welcome dogs and some welcome cats and other pets. Animals may not be taken unless previously arranged and are never to be left unattended in a property and are not allowed on any furniture. Please bring their own bedding and feeding bowls. Please refer to our Pet Policy for more detail.
